I received my farm house playhouse that I ordered for my grandson. I received and noticed right away there were black
scuff marks on front door and also that front door does not close. I emailed right away and did not receive a response so I did an online chat with customer service. I was asked to send photos which I did and was told the black scuffs were "rustic charm" finally was given option to return for an exchange. Hopefully next playhouse does not have " rustic charm on door! " love the whole idea behind this company but expected better customer service.

The Make It Cute Modern Farmhouse II quickly comes together and makes for hours of fun. I assembled the house myself in 5 minutes, and my kids immediately grabbed a few stuffed animal friends and started playing. They love going in and house the little doors, and I love being able to peek in the side windows. My 5-year-old especially loves reading books inside. The star cutouts in the roof are a cute little detail that only adds to the dreamy, well-designed exterior.

We had a snow day last week and was very impressed how many 6 year olds could fit in our Make it Cute house. It survived a full day of kids with cabin fever. Now that is quality! 👏

We gave it to our daughter for Christmas and seeing her come down the stairs on Christmas morning to find it is a memory I will treasure forever! We have been using it as a reading nook, a vet's office, a queen's castle and a hide and seek hiding spot. She also loves tossing her stuffies over the roof, I'm not sure what this game is called haha, but it involves some animal rescue and the imagination of a 3.5 year old.

I got it for my nieces for Christmas. Their mom and I used to make forts out of boxes growing up so it was reminiscent of our childhood. She sent me a photo of it the day after Christmas and I almost cried! Such a magical gift. Thank you!!
